Automatic Stapling Heads
Shown integrated into a semi-automatic box stapling (tacking) machine, these stapling heads are available as stand alone components.
They provide the creative engineer with a wide array of possible packaging solutions where high volume fully-automated stapling is a must.
Control how much surface pressure is applied to the material being stapled to protect your product.
During this application, a pressure sensitive back plate with 2 roller valves triggers 8 stapling operations simultaneously by contact.
When the machine is triggered, 8 staples are inserted simultaneously, 4 on top and 4 on bottom.
