Turntable type stretch wrappers satisfy a majority of stretch wrapper applications. But there are many stretch wrapper configurations available in the market for you to take into consideration.
Are Your Loads Stable?
Load stability or load weight are the two items that usually determine whether an application is best solved with a turntable or rotary arm stretch wrapper.
Rotary arm stretch wrappers are usually used for applications where very light, very heavy, tall or unstable loads are present. They are also great in wash-down applications.
Turntable stretch wrappers have small foot prints and are great for applications that have stable load sizes and weights.
Are Your Loads Conveyorized?
Maybe a turntable or rotary arm stretch wrapper isn't the best approach for your application. If your pallet loads are traveling on a conveyor, why not wrap them before they reach the end of the line?
