Rapid Roper Plus is a dual-roll system that provides proper ventilation and maximum containment, eliminating the need for cornerboards and strapping.

We attach the Rapid Roper Plus to your existing stretch wrap equipment, at no capital investment cost to you.

Rapid Roper Plus applies a double layer of our patented split-web film to your pallets. Our patented Rapid Film is specially engineered to achieve unheard of levels of pre-stretch, for unmatched containment force.

The Rapid Roper Plus device narrows the split roll film into bands, creating ultra-high-strength filaments while maintaining proper product ventilation. The result is optimized film that is virtually unbreakable, resists additional stretching during transport, and ties the load to the pallet to prevent product shifting.
